At the heart of every mill lies the loading frame—a critical component responsible for transferring hydraulic load into the grinding force essential for effective coal pulverisation. When subjected to premature wear, this component’s integrity is compromised, often leading to catastrophic failures, extensive downtime, and significant financial losses.

Traditionally designed as a (solid A-frame), replacing the loading frame has been a time-consuming, labour-intensive process—frequently stretching over four months. Recognising the urgent need for a more efficient solution, EnFloTech developed the revolutionary Split Loading Frame, a modular system designed for installation through existing maintenance doors.

The results speak for themselves: replacement time has been reduced from four months to just 21 days, dramatically minimising plant downtime and associated risks.
