General Manager – Operations Charlot Mabena (MBA)
The month of September marked a proud moment for our General Manager of Operations, Charlot Mabena, we celebrate a remarkable achievement — successfully completing her MBA from Henley Business School. This achievement stands as a powerful testament to her unwavering commitment to growth, learning, and impact. Charlot’s academic and professional journey reflects the values deeply rooted in EnFloTech’s culture of empowerment, continuous development, and dedication to excellence. Taking her pursuit of knowledge even further, she has been accepted as a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate — soon to be Dr. Mabena. She continues to raise the bar in leadership, innovation, and perseverance, inspiring everyone around her to pursue excellence without limits.

Mazwe High School – Class of 2025
Continuing with our spirit of empowerment and in line with our ongoing commitment to uplifting the communities we serve, EnFloTech handed over exam stationery hampers to the Grade 12 learners of Mazwe High School in Ga-Seleka, Lephalale, on 30 September 2025. This initiative is part of our broader mission to support education, empower young minds, and inspire the next generation of South Africa’s leaders as they prepare for their final exams.
October was a month filled with outreach, collaboration, and innovation.
On 10 October 2025, EnFloTech brought smiles and laughter as the CSI team hosted a Fun Day for the Belfast Children’s Home.
It was a joyful and heartwarming experience, filled with laughter, games, and shared moments of happiness. The day was truly rewarding, as the EnFloTech CSI team received 162 hugs filled with love and gratitude from the children — a beautiful reminder of the impact of kindness and connection.

Lehlaka Combined School Girls
Later in the month, on 20 October 2025, the team reached out to Lehlaka Combined School for a Sanitary Drive and Exam Support Initiative, in Partnership with Eskom, ensuring that young girls remain confident, comfortable, and focused during their exams — a heartfelt effort to keep the girl child in school.
Rounding off an eventful month, the African Petrochemical and Energy Roadshow on 30 October 2025 was a standout highlight — a celebration of innovation, connection, and collaboration within the industry. The event once again showcased EnFloTech’s excellence and strong partnerships, drawing interest from clients, peers, and industry leaders alike.

One of the highlights of the day was an exciting live radio interview on Coastal Radio SA, where our Estimations and Procurement Manager, Shanè Mieny, joined Martin Nel to discuss EnFloTech’s ongoing impact and unwavering dedication to engineering excellence. Listen NowAdding a touch of prestige to the day, the executive boat cruise offered a unique opportunity for networking — giving EnFloTech and other industry leaders the chance to exchange insights, explore new business opportunities, and strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed setting. The cruise also provided executives with the space to connect and collaborate beyond the formal sessions, further deepening partnerships across the sector.

Eskom Duvha Power Station- Managers Awards
The momentum continued into November, with EnFloTech proudly receiving a Special Award from Eskom – Duvha Power Station on 6 November 2025, recognising the company as the Best CSI Contribution – Team.
This honour stands as a powerful reflection of the passion, teamwork, and dedication that define our people and the work we do. It celebrates not only our projects but the heart behind them — the belief that engineering excellence goes hand in hand with uplifting the communities we serve.
