Among the many factors influencing mill performance, once an even distributed and optimised primary classification is achieved within the grinding zone, secondary classification ensure the final product leaving the mills is within boiler specification. Most milling plants are build within space constraint areas which doesn’t allow for effective classifier design according to first principle design calculations. EnFloTech has worked around this with its UHPSC design in manipulating the air flow to give the same classification behaviour with the space limitations.
