On Friday, 27 May 2025, EnFloTech proudly participated in the Youth4STEMi Career Exhibition, hosted at the SEIFSA Training Centre in partnership with SEIFSA and Mapitje (Pty) Ltd. This dynamic event brought together industry professionals, aspiring youth, and thought leaders to explore career opportunities and foster development in the STEM sectors.

Representing EnFloTech, our Group HR and IR Manager engaged with learners, educators, and sector partners to reinforce our unwavering commitment to Learning and Development (L&D) — a strategic cornerstone of our business model. We are proud to be a people-driven organisation, rooted in nurturing the growth of our workforce and igniting passion in future engineers, artisans, and innovators.

Quoting one of the event’s inspiring keynote speakers — “Organisations must place people development at the centre of their strategy.” This echoes our core belief at EnFloTech: Investing in people is investing in sustainable success.

The energy at the exhibition was electric — from insightful dialogues to powerful connections forged between learners and industry experts. We welcomed all contributions and proudly shared EnFloTech’s intention to launch a Learning and Development Academy, aimed at equipping employees and young professionals with future-fit skills, technical excellence, and leadership growth.
