Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several influential leadership positions, including Executive Director of Grinaker-LTA, Managing Director of Ground Engineering (Pty) Ltd, Chairperson of the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), and Chief Executive Officer of Sika Engineers.
