The purpose of the Draughts Person Learnership Programme is to develop entry-level draughts persons by combining structured theoretical learning with supervised workplace experience. Learners will gain practical competence in 2D and 3D technical draughting, document control, engineering change processes, and professional workplace conduct while completing an accredited draughting qualification.

Eligible or registered for an accredited Draughting / Engineering Drawing learnership (NQF aligned)

Valid South African ID

Valid driver’s licence
Competencies & Qualities:

Ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software

Understanding of draughting standards, tolerances, and dimensioning

Ability to maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control systems

Basic understanding of mechanical and engineering design concepts
